Have never been such a terrible place, let alone a doctor's office.
The professionals ha ha, are the worst medical professionals. I've ever been involved with. All of the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything about everybody. They are so nasty, so mean and so unprofessional, that you understand why their staff turns over all the time. In all the years that I have been a patient there,I never saw anyone ever smile except Kim. She's the only good person, decent person that works there. If you still decide to go there, you been warned!!! This is my opinion.

The one star is for the ladies up front .only advice I have is when you are giving a urine sample make sure your name is on it or you I was told something I do not take was in my system and there's no way so put a sharp y

Was there for over 2 years the frist year at Christmas time they went on a month vaction and did not send my medication in had to go to er due to withdraw.
Then this month they decided not to send to my Pharmacy that my ins. will cover without warning leaving me hunt for a new place luckily my pcp will fill my med for short time.
Don't go to them unless you want to be treated like a druggie and not get the med you need for your pain
