So I’m a mother of two baby girls. Ages 3 and 10 months. It’s been a little while since I’ve been in to tan but I can say that these negative reviews are ridiculous and must be left by, already miserable, people. I’ve NEVER had a negative experience and I have gone into this place looking like a COMPLETE bum on multiple occasions because, being a single mother, I don’t always have time to put myself together. I walked in here expecting to be judged and looked up and down but the staff has never failed me.. they’ve continued to treat me with the utmost respect. I haven’t used a tanning bed since 2018. My mom bought a bday gift for 1 month tanning at Teaz. I used to tan here regularly when I was in high school. I went in to redeem the 1 month membership. I made sure to tell the employee that it’s been a very long time & I wasn’t sure on the time amount that I should start with. She told me 7 minutes. I figured it would be 3-5minutes but she assured me that I would be fine & that I wouldn’t burn. I laid on my back for 4 minutes & then flipped onto my stomach for 3 minutes. I kept thinking that it was going to be too long but the employee assured me that 7 minutes is the usual start time... read full review

Super nice, the ladies there are nice but when they get busy they can be really short and not explain things that need to be told to new customers, especially ones who've never been tanning, like myself. Also can be off-putting if you ask questions for example like over products they're looking to sell, but that's only when they're busy, which I get but still isn't right. The salon is very well maintained, very professional, just busy. Also you have to wait at least 24 hours between sessions so start earlier rather than later just so you don't run into any issues with that time limit (I didn't know that was law until afterwards).
