This company does everything to keep you from getting a paper bill. If you try to call, you will sit on hold for 30-45 minutes. it will hold medical supplies until the bill is paid, But you don't know what the insurance paid anything and then you have to pay the remaining balances.
Then When you do get someone on the phone the sound is poor and you can barely hear the person on the other end.

Good equipment. Horrible customer service and god forbid if you have to ask a question that is a no a AI Gen question.

I was put on oxygen and lyne care brought it out and hooked it up.The guy was so friendly and the company is so accommodating meaning they said if i go anyware dont touch nothing call us and we will have everything you need there from another branch close to were your going.He also told me anthing happens to my equipment call him and it doesn't matter what time it is someone will be sent out ASAP.Well unfortunately they notified me they dont take my insurance and now im stuck with tom and jerrys and they are not accommodating at all like lyne care also very rude .
