THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE WASHINGTON LOCATION!!! My review is 2 parts, First the GOOD, the Lady, Heather Johnson, who works there is Awesome! She is polite, knowledgeable and is quick! She knows what needs done and gets you in and out and I've never had any issues with any of her work for me or my family.Second, the BAD, when you call and need to ask a question, most of the time the Lady makes you feel like you are bothering her! I don't know her name or I would state it! I could tell she wanted me off the phone and half the time she wasn't even listening to me because she was talking to someone else who must of been there with her.
