All the staff at Regional Eye Care are so friendly and more importantly, helpful! Lisa in the glasses department is exceptional in her care for Dr Ross’ patients. And Sue in same department was so friendly today and fixed my glasses quickly! Dr Ross is also exceptional in his care for his patients in his scope of experience and is also so very friendly and informative! I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a great optometrist with an exceptional staff!

Had a minor billing issue / mistake. I called into office to discuss and resolve issue with no luck. I ended up talking to owner and much respect for this gentleman. I was able to communicate and resolve billing mistake. This gentleman actually cares to do the right thing.

Dr Ross performed my post cataract surgery eye exam. Dr Ross spent time to review my results. My wife and I have been patients here since 2007. Lisa and Phyllis always provide awesome customer as well.
