Matt,CJ, Mitchell and Alexis were all great in helping us get our AC ordered and installed. We had a few adjustments to be made and they were great in getting them done! Thanks Chipps for taking great care of us!
What can I say about CRS? They’re absolutely amazing. I felt so comfortable with them in my home and confident in their skills. We have a tankless water system. We had three plumbers in our home first. Let me tell you, that was a headache and a waste of time. CJ came in and almost immediately knew what was wrong. He had no problem fixing it and he fixed a couple other problems also. He was absolutely amazing and very fair with their pricing. I know who I’ll call first the next time we have a problem. Thanks guys. :)
We had a significant leak in our shower, rendering it unusable. I reached out to Chipps Residential Services, and was pleased that they said they would be able to get there that afternoon. Not only did the workers get there, they pulled up at their estimated time… to the minute. The two workers quickly identified the hole in the copper pipe, and after one trip to the van for parts, and they had it fixed and tested!
I was very happy with the ease in getting a response, and the professional work performed doing the repair. I will not hesitate to call back with any future home maintenance problems. Thanks.
