Pro-Jan is the model of how every company should operate! They were responsive, friendly, professional and priced well. We had extensive water damage from a flash rainstorm, and they were able to squeeze us in around their schedule and make sure everything was taken care of right away. ALL of the staff were great to talk to, they explained the process and the pricing and took the time to answer all our questions. Got 10" of water in my basement after a freak rain event. Never has this happened in over 50 years that I know of. I was a mess, wondering how I was going to clean up the water and silt and not have a mold and odor problem. I reached out to ProJan. Their customer service rep, Bridget, took my info and kept in touch continuously through out the day advising me when the crew would be at my house. In spite of many calls due to the same rain event, they arrived in the afternoon. Their project manager, Chad, and his crew assessed the area and quickly began extracting the water.
