After going two weeks without water in my house and waiting on my usual repair guys, I was lucky enough to have Paul recommended to me. He showed up within 24 hours and quickly found the issue.
What really stood out was how kind and accommodating he was. I had a scheduled euthanasia appointment for my cat that day, and Paul worked completely around my schedule, even making two trips in the same day to make sure the problem was fully resolved.
As a new homeowner, I also really appreciated him taking the time to explain how my water system works instead of just fixing the problem and leaving. Paul was knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely easy to like.
Highly recommend!… read full review
