Mike Williams visited my home outside Tunkhannock to provide me with a quote about a water pressure problem I was experiencing. My daughter showed him the problem while I was away on business and after a short time Mr. Williams left telling my daughter that he would call me that evening. Mr. Williams never did despite my leaving four phone messages on the following three consecutive days. For whatever reason Mr. Williams was uninterested in addressing my problem. His lack of basic courtesy of calling as promised and refusing to respond to any of my subsequent three calls demonstrates that he is not customer service oriented.
