I followed the staff from the Clark’s summit office to Tunkhannock, over 20 + years ago, because I love the staff so much. They are amazing. Michelle, Michelle, Kathy, and Mel 10/10

When I went the place was busy but they did a great job multitasking. They took me in for initial exam and while the drops were in my eyes they had me look at frames. Then took back in to finish exam,then back out to get frames. Everyone was very nice and professional.

I go to the Tunkhannock office, the staff are very kind and helpful! I’ve been there for emergency basis and yearly exams, they’re very thorough and couldn’t ask for nicer Drs and staff! What I would change is the pre-registration process. You get a text to check in for the appt., it’s a pre registration process, you enter your current ins info, address, etc. you send pics of your ins card, then you get to your actual appt. and they hand you an iPad and you have to do it all again at your appt. So why do a pre reg check in? Other than that, everything with NEI is wonderful!! They’re very accommodating for the time you need, I see Dr Golecki and she is the kindest,... read full review
