We have had nothing but stellar service from Dennis Yun and Kitner modular homes. They were very transparent with their pricing. Dennis is one of a kind- so incredibly easy to work with and probably the most responsive person I have ever dealt with. .

Our Kintner home is 19 years old and way out of its 10-year warranty - today they sent a crew at no charge to help us with a window issue. The service is incredible - there is nobody else out there who would do this. We would give them more than 5 stars if we could.

Very easy to work with Dennis is the man any questions or concerns I had he was right on top of. After a couple years they came back out fixed the only drywall crack I had,very professional work
