If you want a chance to look at model homes with no pressure, this is a great place to go as you walk through on your own. The models however seem to be a bit dated and really need to be cleaned.

We were trying to decide between stick built and modular. Kintner Modular Homes made this decision easy for us. After meeting with Dennis Yun the entire process fell into place. The entire team was great, from beginning to end, working to get our forever home built!! The quality, workmanship, and accountability for their work is over the top, couldn't be happier! Thank you to Jerry, Jeff, Melissa and the entire Kintner crew for making it happen! And of course, Dennis, you've earned your heart! ?
