Endless Mountain Hot Yoga offers a variety of high and low heat yoga and fitness classes in a unique studio setting. Excellent instructors at a reasonable price. If you forget to bring anything like a water bottle or towel they have extra and then they always give you a wet towel with essential oils on it for cool down at the end of the session.
EMHY is a gem! Daily classes in the hot and cold room taught by amazing instructors who value growth and safety. EMHY has something for everybody…and you cannot beat the price!
