Old school free weights. It's not the latest and greatest equipment. Must there is plenty there to get the job done right. Much better than PF if you want to actually want to lift weights, and do a little cardio.

The instructor, Codi, does an amazing job creating dance routines for all the different age groups and has the patience of a saint!!! Everyone there is very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this dance class.

Awesome group! Yes there is something good for your little ones to get involved in. I think a boys group would be great! Your patience and drive gives this girl's self-esteem. It shows in the older group with their style and confidence. Thank you!
