The staff and vets are all commited to offering the best individualized care possible for each pet. The visit is empathetic and focused on your pet's experience by crafting an envirnment that helps reduce their stress (which helps yours). The staff offer solutions that help conserve resouces, when possible, with your personal and financial situation in mind. The conversation is respectful and nonjudgmental. I travel 40+ minutes each way to see Dr. Klein and the team (with 2 vets literally within 2 miles of my home) because of the relationship I have with this office and excellent care Animal Medical Center consistently extends to me and my pet.

He was relaxed and comfortable in the lobby/waiting area as well as in the exam room with Dr. Nathan Truitt and our tech Jenna.
They did a wonderful job of making me and Wags feel welcome and calm.
Dr. Truitt took the time to answer all of my concerned pet parent questions and put my mind at ease.
The office is warm and welcoming and the reception and front desk staff were knowledgeable and helpful.
We are looking for a Veterinary home and feel like we may have found this in AMC!
Dr. Klein has truly been a solid resource for our family, especially our anxious little pup Sansa! She’s gone above and beyond to help us find the best solution for her behavioral challenges while also reminding us that we are doing great as pet parents, especially during rough times where Sansa fights with her sister Korra. I had a really disheartening experience with a clinic vet who only met us one time who immediately suggested rehoming. Dr. Klein assured us that we are no where near that and there are so many other avenues available to help Sansa feel better while also being able to live our lives as her parents.
