H&R Waterproofing did an amazing job at our house. We had a leaky basement which would pool a small amount of water whenever we had heavy rains and two walls with cracks and bowing/settling which needed reinforced. Both Charles and Eric were very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and answered all of my many questions. They installed 136’ of an interior French drain system with two sump pumps with battery backup and 12 carbon fiber wall straps. After doing some extensive research on best practices I can say they did an amazing install job and their crew was very courteous and respectful. I am overly pleased with my experience working with Charles and his team. From the initial phone call, to the final product, the job was smoothly executed. The process was thoroughly explained, the price was far below other quotes, the work was performed cleanly and efficiently with the adhered timeframe. H&R was recommended to me from a friend (previous customer) and again I was impressed with not only that my basement is dry, but also looks great!
