I was able to talk to a real person for service. The technician, Jeremy, arrived sooner than expected. He was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem and installed a new primary control unit for our oil furnace. In a short time, our furnace was working perfectly again. Price was just over $300 for hardware and labor. Very pleased with the service.
