We have been in the market looking for a new ac and gas furnace system to replace our existing system before it just completely failed. Justin Pinera came out and discussed our options reviewed different systems and within 24 hours, we had a written proposal. I had already had a few local companies come out and was amazed by the difference in the rebates alone that R. M. Crossan, were giving us when the other companies were not even close to offering all of them. I was in a jam and the only one that came through was RM Crossan! Awesome customer service from the folks in the office, on the phone. Tom the tech was outstanding and got the job done in short-order. The oil was also delivered in quick order. Can't say enough good things about this company and their employees I've dealt with.
