The staff is caring and conscientious with many having multi-generational ties to the area. They worked closely with our family through the entire funeral process and made a difficult experience as easy as possible. Having two locations provided us flexibility and their Kutztown facility seated 100 comfortably. They simplified the planning process, and everything for the memorial service was prepared as requested. Through out the entire experience, the staff was very attentive and compassionate and for that we are very appreciative.
Ludwick Funeral Home is a class act. At a time when you are filled with grief and sorrow they are able to show empathy while guiding you through a very tough process. No detail goes unnoticed.The experience of the staff shows, from the gentlemen directing the cars to the administrative assistant who was willing to answer any question.I have been to other services at other funeral homes and nothing compares!
