After calling numerous companies,Gotta Go was the only company to answer the phone. Excellent customer service, I Believe her name was Stephanie I apologize if I'm wrong. She was able to schedule service for the next day. They arrived in a timely manner within minutes of their call. Excellent service and very polite and helpful, they explained our system to us for never having a septic prior. We found our new septic company.
Needed to have septic pumped asap, they were very accommodating. The two gentlemen that showed up went above and beyond ,couldn’t have asked for any better. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend. Also price was less then I was expecting, especially with it being an emergency. Thank you Gotta Go Septic
I was in dire need of having my septic cleaned out as I've been in my home for 4 years and never had it cleaned. The nearest date was 9 days away, but I expressed the need to have it done sooner. The young lady made every attempt to squeeze ne in sooner. Low and behold, they showed up the very next morning. They crew was very professional and went straight to work. They located the cleanout with no problem and barely any time. They installed a new riser and lid. Then the truck came to do the clean out. What an amazing group of guys.
