WM makes it extremely difficult to cancel service, then continues to keep billing for mysterious surcharges. There is no customer service to complain to. I was a loyal customer for years and they have repaid us in nothing but fees and frustration.

For starters they just took one of of our trash cans with no notice after dropping off their trash can. But we have a need for two cans and you just took ours that we bought. What are we supposed to do when they skip us again for a week? I'm not having another can stolen. The service is never dependable. If we could get another can dropped off that would be great. I hate the community I live in because they have a contract whit this terrible place who will never get my business when we do move.
