basement steps needed repair and railing had detached from wall.many nails and nail holders removed. walls and ceiling and shelves and steps painted. 1983 is last time anything was done here(previous owner) Bob ( the project manager) gave excellant evaluation and added wooden blocks for support under steps. Eric's time in doing all of this shows he is very conscientious about task at hand

Highly recommend. We had a great experience and are so very pleased with the work that was done. Eric was amazing from start to finish with all of our projects. Very friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Great worker! We will request him for all of our future house needs. Bob came out for initial estimate and also a few trips to check on things and again, have to say very pleased and impressed with these guys.
