I had a contractor doing work in my home. He was working on a room that had not had any work done on it since the house was built in the 1970s. (It even still had dark brown shag carpeting.) He discovered wood that looked like it had been eaten away and suggested that I contact an exterminator. I took photographs and sent them to Moyer. The exterminator was able to look at the wood and diagnose that the damage was old and by wood weevils -- not termites. He told me that I did not need a treatment. We have used Moyer several times, both at our home and at a rental property. Just recently I called to schedule an appointment for a pest situation and spoke with Jeff. He used a photo I sent to determine what was causing the problem. He gave me helpful expert advice and information. Turns out we did not need services at this time which was a large savings. We had a bad experience with another company before we found Moyer and it is a relief knowing they are there if needed. I would highly recommend this company. They are honest and their goal is to help the customer.

Great service. The guy that does my area, Matt, is amazing. So friendly and courteous. Takes his time and explains things. He even called to followed up on a fly problem he fixed for us to make sure it went away. I wish it was cheaper, but the service is great!
