I am a local real estate agent, my clients had a last minute request from the lender for a specific water test. I was in a panic because we were supposed to settle the next day. We do well water testing for many of our clients and process them all through Analytical Labs. They are friendly and professional, and I would recommend them. Pricing is excellent. Processing times can be long, especially for real estate deals, but that is a common issue with most labs. Expediting is available for an additional cost and this usually meets most of our clients' needs and time frames.
