I would highly recommend Un-Flood-It to anyone experiencing water-related issues. My insurance adjuster had spoken highly of them, and I can see why. I spoke with Greg on the phone on a Thursday, and he came out the next day to do an assessment. Greg was very knowledgeable, extremely patient with all of my questions, and informed me that he would deal directly with my insurance adjuster. I really appreciated that he took the lead by communicating with the adjuster and coordinating with the plumber. I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by the three-man crew from Un-Flood-It. During the January 25, 2026 snowstorm, I returned home to a devastating situation—multiple burst pipes and extensive water damage throughout my home. It was overwhelming and completely unfamiliar territory for me. From the moment I made the call, their response was immediate. Had an awesome experience with the Un-Flood-It crew. From the beginning with Gretchen answering their phones quickly, Greg calling me back and helping get clean up set up and answering my questions, to Logan and Ken doing the work. They were all very professional, helpful, and efficient. We had a sewage back up in our garage and now it looks (and smells) like it never happened. Thankful to the crew!
