They go above and beyond. I have used them for years. Each technician is knowledgeable and friendly. I have problems with wasp nests. I also have quarterly maintenance as I live in country. They have found and treated nests I didn’t even know I had.

Ray was assigned to my house call to help remove ground insects. He also spent some time checking for signs of mice and termites. He took time to explain what and why. He did talk me into their quarterly prevention plan, and I was happy to do it. I am happy with the choice.I made by using them for the work. They are professional, reasonably priced, and a local company.

Everyone from the technicians to the appointment managers are always so nice and knowledgeable. Treatments are fairly priced and very quick! We initially used ProKill to combat carpenter ants - it was so successful that we continue to use them seasonly for spiders and other insects. I can definitely tell a difference in our home after treatments. Well worth the money in my opinion!
