We can't say enough good things about Chuck's Carpet. This isn't our first experience with Chuck's, and there is a clearly a reason we keep coming back. Chuck Jr. and Kevin were fantastic to work with throughout the process, they kept a great line of communication with us, were fair and reasonable. From start to finish, it was all top notch! Rick their installer was without a doubt, one of the best we've worked with. Started on a Thursday morning, and came back Friday to finish one bedroom and a couple small closets. We are repeat customers of Chuck's and they are definitely a 5 star business. Our first purchase from Chuck's was because they offered good value and good service. What you don't know when you do business with someone is how they will stand behind their work if something goes wrong. We had a problem with the flooring that was installed in our house; we spoke to Chuck's about it and they said they'd take care of it. Even while the manufacturer was fighting to not cover their defective product I was told by Chuck's one way or the other they'd take care of it for us and they absolutely followed through on that promise.
