Went in for a Perm. It was over processed, my scalp and area around my face burned. I look worse than I went in. My hair when dry is totally standing out like I was electrocuted. Eyebrows waxed for stray haiirs was bad. Only have thin lines. Justine did 3 hair cuts during my stay. All were exactly the same. No creations here!

I needed a change. I have had long hair all one length for 12 years. I went in for the big chop. I was nervous because I have never liked me with short hair. They gave me a hair style that is short, easy to work with and I absolutely love it. I will be going back.Service: Haircut

Justine recently did my hair and my bridal party for my wedding. She waited until the day before my wedding to inform me of an $80 travel fee. Her salon is only 15 minutes from my venue. But I had to accept paying that because she told me last minute so I had no choice.On my wedding day she shows up with herself and 3 others. No one wore masks or even offered to. At first I thought multiple people was great cause they would be able to work faster. Well only 2 of the 4 were actually doing hair. 1 was just curling our hair and the 4th was literally just a friend they brought who sat in my bridal suite.Then they all ordered alcohol from the bar downstairs which they proceeded to drink while doing our hair? In my opinion if I'm paying you, you're working for me, so why would you think drinking while working is ok?They had to wait a bit for my flower girl to arrive, so they starting doing each other's hair in my bridal suite, and going in and out of the patio attached to the bridal suite. The patio door automatically locks you out and my makeup artist had to keep stopping to let them back in.When my flower girl got there and they were finishing up, a worker from the venue restaurant comes upstairs with food and I was super confused cause we didn't order anything. Nope it was theirs. They ordered food into my bridal suite.I never said anything at the time cause it was my wedding day and I didn't want it to spoil anything. But it was so weird, unprofessional and extremely disrespectful.It's upsetting because they actually did a beautiful job on everyone's hair, but the way they behaved ruined the whole experience.
