I have taken my 3 year old daughter twice in the past 2 months to get a shampoo wash--she LOVES it, and it is the best $5 I have spent! Both women she has seen (not posting names for their privacy) have been so gentle and kind to her. They take their time, shampoo + condition, blow dry, and brush her hair. She grins from ear to ear. Thank you, Great Clips, for the wonderful experiences that she remembers and asks for!

I get my haircut done every few weeks or so at this location. Today I checked in online and went to the salon. My haircut was done by a younger, newer stylist. From the beginning I could tell the experience level. I am ok with learning, but have a mentor or someone to assist. The stylist next to me did 2 cuts to my one. My sideburns don't look good or even. My top is surely not even. She never blow of my neck off or used a finer shaver trimmer to clean up, like normally. Next time I go I am asking for the stylist that I normally get, no exception.
Not bashing newer talent, but need a "Mentor". I have been in management... read full review

Absolutely amazing staff and location. From the second you walk in the door until you check out and walk out they have a smile on their face. The girls here are skilled and personable. The salon is clean and well kept. Love this location.
