Work was excellent.. the receptionist Cindy on the other hand is the worst most rude receptionist ive ever spoke to .. I honestly don't know how she has a job .. note to the company there are tons of people who need jobs fire her and get yourself someone nice to answer your phones

My experience with Carl Krasavage & Sons was great! Very professional, knowledgeable and affordably priced. My water heater busted on the night of Sunday, 9/28 and flooded my basement. I called them the next morning and they were able to fit me into their schedule and have my water heater replaced by 3pm that same day! It is good to know we still have businesses that care about their quality of work and the experience that they provide to their customer. I would highly recommend their services!

I've used Krasavage a bunch of times in the past and always had a good experience. Most recently they were able to fix a pretty bad (and mysterious) pipe leak that involved chipping up a concrete slab to access. I called, they came out the same day and had it fixed the same day. Great bunch of guys working there and are my go-to for plumbing problems.

I was looking for someone to relocate an exhaust vent for my water boiler and to service it to make sure it’s good to run. This company was recommended to me so I went with them. 2 guys showed up from 45 minutes away to the house to do a 1 person job. The one guy blew up my bathroom about 5 times in the 4 hours they were here, the other one left about 4 L&M cigarette butts right at the end of my driveway and at the end of it all, after they left I had to call another company to come back and fix all the leaks they left behind. Lastly not mention, they charged me $2400 for all this 👌🏻 That was definitely a life lesson for me and going forward I should a little more research on who I hire to work on my home.

Father and son both came to install a new shower drain last summer. It started leaking a couple weeks later. Called Father. He said it's probably leaking from stepping on drain. I Honest to God. He said he was going on vacation and he'd be here the next week. I waited a month and still never showed. Called again and never even got a response.
