Hands down best massage I have ever had. Sarah spent time discussing what my goals for the massage were (tension relief in neck and shoulders + relaxation) and she hit the mark perfectly. I left feeling looser, lighter and very relaxed. 10/10 will be returning.

Sarah is the best! As a massage therapist myself it is hard to find a therapist that I thoroughly enjoy getting work done by. She checked all my markers on what I consider as a good and thorough massage. By far my favorite massage therapist I have been to. Once you find a good massage therapist you don't leave them! I feel like my search for a massage therapist is finally over after years of searching for the perfect massage therapist for me. Thankyou thankyou thankyou! ❤️

Gave me a great deep tissue massage, really opened up my shoulders and quads. She was professional, and after a quick check in, we got right to work. I slept great and am ready to get back on mats. I will be returning.
