I bought a new iPad and labtop, and wanted some help to get them both set up correctly the first time. Ethan came out the next day. There was a bit of a struggle because of the way my alumni Email was set up, but he stuck with it to get all the parts playing together nicely. Prompt, friendly, competent. Great service. Thanks!

Had to upgrade my computer to accommodate windows 11. Went to Nerds to go in Swarthmore and spoke to Ted. He explained to me what I needed, the cost and installation process. He came to my home on the agreed upon date and installed my new computer. He was thorough, knowledgeable and walked me through differences from my old equipment. I would recommend Ted and NTG without hesitation!

Wow; if I could give 10 stars I would. Cheyenne and Ethan were so personable and kind every bit as important, the fact that Ethan was able to diagnose and fix the problem with my internet/WiFi fairly quickly was marvelous. He was reassuring and extremely knowledgeable. These folks will be my trusted source from now on!
