Joe's Modern barber shop is nothing short of professional. If you look up the definitions of professionalism, traditions, and perfection, this shop would pop up. Gentlemen this is where you want to go, forget those chain shops who haven't the faintest clue in what they are doing. Ladies, you can have your beauty salon, guys this is the spot to hit up .
