My group of 14 booked a private session with Nikol, and it was such an amazing experience! She was incredibly accommodating, flexible, and sweet from beginning to end. She worked with us to make the experience fit our group and coordinated everything so seamlessly.
We did a beginner yoga class with a sound bath, and it was honestly incredible. Our group had all different levels of yoga experience and fitness backgrounds, but Nikol made everyone feel comfortable and included. The class felt approachable, relaxing, and fun for all of us.

The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. The Yoga Instructors are wonderful. You can do your Yoga work out at your own pace. The studio is very clean. There is ample parking. It is really a wonderful place to YOGA!
