I've been working with Stiff Oil for 2 and 1/2 years. They are always nice and easy to deal with. They have lots of information about funding for people who can't afford oil. They get our deliveries to us in an expedited manner when we are running low on fuel. I've never had a problem with this company. The only issue I've heard others complaining about is there a minimum delivery. If you want less oil than their minimum delivery you have to pay a delivery fee of $55. So if I'm running out of oil and I only have $300, they take 55 and put the rest in my oil tank. I'm aware that other oil companies operate this way as well. So other than that... read full review

The level of service experienced with this company is unmatched! From the wonderful people answering calls to delivery drivers or technicians, I have honestly never had a bad experience with anyone working with this company. Their oil price may not always be the lowest you find however it is more than made up for by the service. I highly recommend these kind folks to anyone.

I called for an oil fill, they came right away. which was in the middle of December. Then today heat wasn't working so I called thinking I have to make appointment, but the service technician PAUL, was at my house in 20 minutes and 20 minutes later heat is working... Thanks PAUL, and the stiff oil company. Great prices, professional and honest.
