I've been a member of Retro Stroudsburg since they first opened and immediately loved the open floor space. Just recently they've added new machines creating a more unified workout environment. I especially appreciate having access to equipment (assault bike, suspension training straps) that was off limits before. They've definitely did a great job using every inch of the gym... felt motivated. The staff is great, helpful and always respectful. I love the sauna, massage room, light therapy.. I really love what they did.. it's great.

The gym has multiple machines for different types of workouts that are great for most excercises. The place is usually not full which means you have space to work out. The staff is mostly kind and remembers you upon arriving

I love going to Retro Fitness! They have a great variety of machines, and it never feels overcrowded because everyone is spread out throughout the gym. The group classes are amazing, and the instructors are fantastic. Everything is always clean, organized, and well-maintained. They are currently going through a remodel, and it's already looking great I can't wait to see the finished result!
