They have several listing we wanted to see but were never able to get an answer to calls to office and listing agents or return calls from messages left. We hired another realtor hoping they would have better luck getting us a showing. After 4 weeks we gave up. Told my realtor we won't see anything listed with them. Apparently we dodged a bullet after reading and hearing how bad they are

Very well qualified agents! Jeff is the best. After explaining my very specific needs and wants, he was able to pinpoint the correct community for me. He was diligent in sending listings daily, until the task was done! Great job! I can't thank you enough!

I want my money back these realtors are a waste of time. Better finding a place on your own never bothered to tell us status of application even though my fiance called for an update but never got a definite answer and told my realtor agent that she called. My realtor never got back to us so I had to text her to get an answer because I seen the place pending. My realtor didn't call because the woman from remax made it seem like she told my fiance we didn't get the place which was not the case. She only discussed credit and said she's waiting on another application, and at the end of the day it's the landlords decision. We will find something better.
