I cannot recommend the team at Rainbow Restoration of the Poconos highly enough. After a major flood in our home, we were overwhelmed and unsure where to begin. From the moment they arrived, they brought not only expertise, but also reassurance during an incredibly stressful time.
A special thank you to Matt, Marcos, Cruise, Gabriel, and Oscar. Every member of the team was exceptional. They responded quickly, immediately got to work extracting water, carefully removed damaged flooring, drywall, insulation, and other affected materials, set up industrial drying equipment, and continuously monitored moisture levels to make sure our home was drying properly. Their attention to detail and commitment to preventing further damage gave us tremendous peace of mind.
What truly stood out was their professionalism and compassion. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered every question with patience, worked seamlessly with our insurance claim, and treated our home with the same care they would have given their own. They were punctual, hardworking, respectful, and left the work areas clean and organized at the end of each day.

I had a water damage issue at my property in the Poconos, and Erwin and his team did an outstanding job. They handled the demolition of the first-floor kitchen and cabinets, as well as both second-floor bathrooms, professionally and efficiently.
Erwin was responsive, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. His crew was punctual, respectful, and paid great attention to detail. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and they left the property clean and ready for the next phase of repairs.

We had a upstairs bathroom flood. Because we have an old house our contractor called in Rainbow restoration and they discovered asbestos in the spackle. So the room had to be taken down to the studs with all the asbestos mitigation procedures. They were in and out in a couple of days and the insurance company gave them no hassles. Thanks.
