Arthur at Countywide was so helpful getting me through the difficult process dealing with insurance. His team seamlessly put my house back together again. I can’t thank them enough for their help. I’ve use Countywide before and I will continue to call on them in the future.

I waited a couple of days to write this review. The windows are in and work perfectly. The install was quick we had very large windows to replace. Installers were very neat. The problem we had was that we were told the windows would be installed around the 1st week of Sept. and we asked for the 2nd week after labor day. Seems there was a production issue and windows delayed and we had to contact salesperson several times to get information. Windows were finally installed Sept. 30. I would not recommend having the windows installed in cooler weather as the smell from the new windows or caulking was so over-powering. We had to keep windows open during... read full review

Countrywide removed the back exterior wall, removed the rotten wood, replaced the wood, painted everything and had the gutters and leaders replaced. Kyle made sure the work was done to perfection. I will definitely call Kyle when I need something else done. Jeanine
