Doctor Shannon Hoffman is a lifesaver and I will go to my grave 10 toes down on that; she is fabulous and I would give this rating higher. If not for the answering service that is so trash that every time I have to call I wish I could just destroy everything. Linda, in particular at the answering service seems to think she’s better than everyone has an attitude and seems to think like she knows what is going to come out of your mouth before you say it and that just irks my soul I would give Linda specifically zero stars if I could, and Doctor Shannon Hoffman 10 stars if I could, unfortunately I have to split the difference.

They need to get their act together. They call and ask me to come in early for an appointment then don't change in computer making me waste my time. Then rudely arguing with me as to what I'm there for?

Get your act together! This is no way to treat patients.

I’ve only been a patient here for about 6 months, and my experiences here have been nothing but wonderful. It is the first time I’ve ever really been truly heard by a physician. They show true compassion and intellect through their practice. On top of it all, the receptionists are kind and welcoming each time. I appreciate each person at this office so much. Thank you!
