I usually love this place and have never had a bad experience before today. Today, I waited TWO hours to get my nails done. I was seated at different stations multiple times and not serviced until two hours later. Because the salon had closed at this point, the nail tech was rushing to do my nails. All of my cuticles are damaged and in pain. My nails are different sizes and some are even lopsided. I’m very unhappy that, because it was past closing time, I did not receive a thorough and precise service like everyone else and left with sloppy nails and bleeding cuticles.
