I had lasik surgery done at Nittany and it was the best decision! I should have done it years ago. The staff and doctors were fantastic at every step of the way, and the procedure itself was done with the utmost care and precision. I literally could see amazingly within hours of it. I would recommend Nittany and their lasik to absolutely everyone thinking about getting it done. And one added bonus, they really care about taking care of Veterans. You get a nice discount or could be lucky enough to be one of the Veterans they chose each year to have their lasik done free. Very cool!
Went there before my vision insurance ran out. I was told they could mail my contacts so I wouldn't have to make the 1.5 hour drive back to them. It's 4 weeks and I have called 3 times and they have no information for me. I expressed I am in desperate need of replacement contacts. I asked if I could personally reach out to their vendor they said NO! They tell me they will call me with information and never do. I am so frustrated and my job requires me to wear contacts since I don't have prescription safety glasses. The lady today was rude and had an undertone of laughter. Wow. Unbelievable.
My daughter and I visited your State College office this morning to order new glasses for myself. Sam waited on us along with her trainee Timani. Sam is an amazing person and employee. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make our experience comfortable and memorable. She made both of our days, and we couldn't stop laughing. She is the "Glasses Goddess!" Thanks Sam and Timani!! Keep up the great work!!!
