This place is great. They are friendly, very professional, and my stylist, Chelsey, is the best. You get what you pay for and it's worth it to me. Always a pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

The salon was beautiful they offered me a drink as soon as i got there and Avery was awesome, she made sure I was comfortable and happy. Did a beautiful job with my foils . Very happy with my visit. Thank you !

I moved to State College four years ago, and the first person I met here was Chelsea. She was, and is, the sweetest, friendliest, and most professional person you could have representing your business. She put me in touch with Camrie, Brittany and all the other highly skilled professionals that make you look forward to every visit. You not only leave J Stephens looking great, you feel great having spent time with this amazing team.
