Best place in State College! Best pricing and INCREDIBLE service. I came in looking for a major style change: from very long hair to a pixie cut. Susie can do ANY short hair style and gave me exactly what I wanted, with some great touches I never even thought of. She even helped refine the look over the next few months until it was perfect!
