My first visit to this office. Outstanding customer service from all members of staff. Not only did the front desk/receptionist greet me by my preferred name (not my first name), but she was cheerful and welcoming. The technician was also friendly, cheerful and efficient. Dr Fozard was a joy to work with. Very personable yet professional. She addressed my concerns, gave me helpful information with explanation, that has helped my MGD issues I've looked for 3 years for new frames i actually liked, with no success. From the moment I entered the office everyone was cordial and professional. I felt welcomed and informed of slight delay in timing but that was short and my exam and exit all went smoothly with no issues.

Diann and I have been going to Central Penn Vision Associates for over 10 years . First on Front Street in Philipsburg but mostly in State College. Dr. Fozard is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and takes the time to do a thorough exam and answer any and all questions that we have. The staff is quite friendly and helpful from start to finish. We've highly recommended CPV to several of our friends.
