Tents and set up/take down exactly as planned. Even when we had an issue with one tent the day before because of weather, they came out and put a new tent up for us. Would highly recommend.
Best Event Rental's team made sure our event this week had what we needed. The team arrived with an incorrect tent side and when Jeff noticed immediately took it down to be replaced with another without having to be asked. Additionally, a 10x20 tent was completely damaged in a storm prior to the event start and they came and replaced it with a more sturdy version promptly. I appreciated the attentive customer service.
Everything we ordered for our June 2025 wedding was set up and taken down on time in a professional manner. We were even able to rent some hightop tables on short notice. Thank you, Best Event!
