Drs Josh and Morgan are two of the best clinicians I know! If you are at all considering chiropractic care, know that you will not only receive top-notch treatment, but you will also be heard and treated with compassion and respect. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

This place rules! I had been dealing with a back issue for almost a year. Doctors, blood tests, X-rays, you name it I had it trying to figure out what the issue was. It was so bad I was considering a change in my career. I could barely lift anything. In about 5 minutes Josh diagnosed me with a rib issue. Fast forward 3 months I'm working much more easily, lifting without restricting myself, and living a much better life. Josh routinely tried to lengthen times between appointments and get me out of there, something rare for chiropractors. Now I'm on a need to see basis and would highly recommend anyone give Back Country Spine & Sport a chance if doctors have been ignoring...read full review

I’m a chiropractor who’s had the esteemed honor of going to school with and getting to know Drs. Morgan and Josh. Both are phenomenal chiropractors whose professionalism and expertise are unmatched in all of State College, and I truly consider them to be among the best of the best. Anyone living in State College with back and neck pain should consider Backcountry Spine & Sport as their first choice for chiropractic care
