I’ve been going to Cuts by Kelley ever since I got a terrible cut at Fedoroffs. She does an amazing job, always super friendly, and very respectful. She a one woman team who knows her craft well.

Kelly is absolutely amazing.She gives perfect military haircuts.She's an absolute joy to talk to, and I will never go to anybody else to get my haircut. And if you do go to someone else, you're a fool. Bottom line you wanna go to haircut, go to kelly, and if you don't meet me in the street.And I'll teach you a lessonlol

This has to be one of the best barbershops I've ever visited!! Kelley, the only barber in the shop, is one of the nicest people I've ever met. We had a great conversation, and she even shared one of her hilarious stories.
My haircut, including a beard trim, took no more than 30 minutes and cost only $28 (plus tip) - with no additional charges. I highly recommend this barbershop in State College! Make sure to call her to schedule an appointment before visiting. I'll definitely visit her again!
