Had our very first couples therapy today and it was awesome. Both my husband and I have very demanding jobs so this was overdue. Both Meredith and Thea were extremely professional, kind and made the whole process very comfortable. The room was perfect, dim lighting and soft music. It was quiet and relaxing. They will adjust after starting, anything you need. We will definitely be scheduling again and making self care a priority from here on out!!! Highly recommended!
I have been getting myofascial release massages biweekly from Derek for months and I can’t express how grateful I am to find release. My neck was surgically fused in 2014. The tissue around the fusion is atrophied and extremely tight. Derek is truly talented in his ability to create a space for my body to relax and release the tightness.
