This is the second time (and second house) that we've used the wonderful Culligan treatment system for our WAY-less-than-perfect mountain water. Bill is an absolute gem of an installer...kind, considerate, and impeccable, down to the last detail. His assistant, Jamal, (sp?) was so helpful and genuine. It was great knowing they were making our water drinkable and clear as crystal. Would not settle for ANYBODY but Culligan!!!
My old system hasn't worked in years and the company that made it went out of business decades ago. I went to Culligan Water to order a new water softener because they've been around since I was a kid. They were able to schedule a water test right away. A gentleman came a few days later and did a thorough test for various chemicals and water hardness. He looked over the location where the system was to go and took pictures. He chose the appropriate water system for my needs, and the work was scheduled for the following week. I thought the price was very reasonable. I was so glad they were able to get this all arranged in such a short time.

From the initial meeting we had with Art, we knew we needed the system installed. Art was very hands on and helped us to understand how the system worked. After his demonstrations, he had us convinced. They were punctual with getting us scheduled around my work schedule. The installer, Bill was extremely neat and clean with his work. Having the system for several weeks now, we have noticed a huge difference in every aspect. They were also able to connect the reverse osmosis system to our refrigerator. We love the RO system and feel much better about drinking clean water!
