“I originally saw Stephanie for massage and she told me about Zones to help with my chronic pain and migraines. Honestly, I thought it sounded crazy and that it could never work but I was desperate for relief so I tried. As she explained the process in my first appointment I remember thinking I made a mistake. And yet, to my amazement, appointment after appointment she managed to clear that pain point. Appointment after appointment I felt better and better- not just the chronic pain and headaches but as a whole. The best I’ve felt as an adult are thanks to Zones. I highly recommend giving it a try even if you’re as skeptical as me. It really truly works.”
